We are currently looking for a full-time Sales and Marketing executive in our London based property investment company for both sales and letting department. You will be responsible for achieving sales & letting goals and creating meaningful experiences by providing marketing events to our potential costumers.

Key Functions & Responsibilities

-Ensure stock availability on the official website and marketing system are all up to date.

-Organise the Company's annual offline marketing events.

-Act with accuracy, professional and positive attitude, when sales team and letting team need help to handling consumer enquiries and objections in busy season.

-Produce video materials for digital media marketing.

Requirements

-Fluent English and Chinese.

-Confident communicator

-A highly organised approach

-1-2 years sales & marketing experience.

-Collaborator and team player.

-Better to have experience of making videos.
